Sofia ordered new work gloves for the flower shop. The team used them when moving rough wooden boxes. She checked the price and colour, but forgot to check the size. When the delivery arrived, every pair was much too large for her.
Her colleague Erik could wear them, but the other three workers could not. Sofia opened the order email and saw her mistake. She had chosen the largest size for the whole team. The supplier could exchange unopened packets, but they had already opened two.
They kept those two pairs for Erik and packed the rest for return. Before ordering again, Sofia asked everyone to try the sample gloves in the cupboard. She wrote the correct size beside each person's name on a simple list.
The replacement gloves arrived on Friday. Everyone tried a pair before Sofia put them away. Erik offered to check the next order with her. She accepted, then saved the size list where both of them could find it easily.
