He sent a second email with the correct document and wrote a clear subject line: 'Correct schedule for next week.' The supervisor asked him to include the date in future file names. She received schedules from several teams and needed to identify them quickly.
Before going home, Nico moved the empty table into a folder called 'Blank forms'. He opened his sent email and checked the attachment one more time. This time, the names were all visible. The cleaning team could plan next week without another call.
