There is one slice of bread in the kitchen. Kim wants toast for breakfast. Her husband, Max, wants a sandwich. They both look at the bread on the plate.
Kim opens the fridge. There are eggs, cheese and a small bowl of cooked potatoes. Max finds two tomatoes beside the sink. They can eat something else with the bread.
Max cuts the tomatoes while Kim heats the potatoes. Then she cooks the eggs. Max cuts the bread into two pieces and puts one piece on each plate.
They sit down with their warm food. The small pieces of bread are enough with eggs and potatoes. Max writes 'bread' on their shopping list. Kim adds 'tomatoes' under it.
