The Dinner
Last Saturday, Sara’s family had dinner at her grandmother’s house. There were eight people at the table. Sara’s grandmother wore her favorite ring — a small gold ring with a blue stone. It was a gift from her husband, many years ago.
After dinner, the grandmother looked at her hand. The ring was gone.
„My ring!” she said. „Where is my ring?”
Everyone looked around. Nobody knew. Sara looked at her grandmother’s sad face. She decided to find the ring.
