Lea carries her mat to the end of the row. From there, she can see the teacher's arms and feet. The teacher shows each movement slowly and gives everyone time to try.
At the end, Lea sits quietly on her mat. She likes the open sky and the birds above the steps. Before leaving, she asks when the next beginner lesson takes place.
