Adam looks behind him. There are brown marks from his shoes. He takes them off by the door. Then he asks for the broom and cleans his own marks.
Celia finishes the other side of the kitchen. Adam gets his drink in his socks. He leaves his shoes by the door until he needs to go outside again.
