Marco’s daughter came home from university with an idea. „People love this place,” she said. „They just don’t know it exists. Put it online. Share the story. Cook the old recipes. Make it an event.”
Marco laughed. „We’re not a tech company,” he said.
„No,” his daughter said. „You’re a restaurant with a hundred stories. Start telling them.”
